Why this exists.

Every career has a grain. When the field shifts — and AI is a shift — the grain still holds. What changes is the artifact you ship, the signal you send, and the proof you carry. This studio is built for employees who want to move with the change, calmly, without handing their data to anyone.

Principles

1. Private by default. Everything stays in your browser unless you explicitly opt in.
2. Artifacts beat certificates. Every pathway ends in something you can show, not something you wrote a test for.
3. Non-generic. No infinite scroll, no doom metrics, no fake gamification.
4. Unified profile. Every tool writes to one profile you own, and can export or delete at any time.
5. One path, many starts. Whether you take the 3-minute quick path or the 15-minute deep path, the scoring is the same.

What it costs

Free. Forever, for the core tools. If we ever add paid seats, existing users keep everything they have.

It doesn\'t rank you against a leaderboard. It doesn\'t email you in a panic. It doesn\'t keep your data when you leave.
