If the Studio is no longer the right fit, you can remove your account at any time. Here is exactly what happens, what gets erased, and how to start the process.
Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep a copy of your plan, artifacts, or notes, please export your data before you start. Once we erase the record, we cannot recover it.
Your Notion workspace is yours. Deleting your Studio account disconnects the sync, but your Notion pages and artifacts remain in your Notion account until you decide what to do with them.
When you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated but held in cold storage for 14 days. If you change your mind, we can reinstate it during that window. After 14 days, the record is erased from our systems and backups on the next rotation.
Self-service deletion from the Studio dashboard will be available shortly. In the meantime, request deletion by sending Tomasz a direct message on LinkedIn with the subject "Delete my account" and the email you registered with. We confirm receipt within 48 hours.
For legal and accounting reasons, we may retain anonymised billing records (not linked to your identity) for as long as required by applicable law. This does not include your personal data or programme content.
